This project once again reminded me on the importance of team cohesion and the ability to manage a team. At first, the team seemed to be vibrant and eager to display their skills regarding the detailed construction drawings but as time goes on, the team as a whole does not seem to work in coordination. Despite being aware of the difficulties the team is undergoing,  I still had hopes to get our task done accordingly. But all fell through when the members are not following instructions given to them. Consequently, although I am proud to have work with a hardworking individual, I was not satisfied with the overall production of the team after the project submission. On the other hand, I was genuinely happy to work with a resilient friend on this project together. Nevertheless, I will take this as another learning lesson and be more proactive as a team leader in the future.
